Kerr Street Medical Centre has partnered with Avella Pain Clinic to provide addiction services in Oakville.

Suboxone(Buprenorphine) — We will be offering our patients Buprenorphine(Suboxone) Maintenance Treatment for both Chronic Pain as well as Opiate Use Disorder (OUD). Patients will also have the option to transition to Sublocade injections from S/L Suboxone. Suboxone dose need not be witnessed at the Pharmacy, UDS will be a part of ongoing assessment. Patients will be seen weekly until stable and will eventually be transitioned to monthly appointments as they stabilise.
